Berwick looks for Under 16s league exit
Berwick have given notice that they wish to withdraw from the second half of the Borders Under-16 league due to various other commitments.
The club also play sides from Northumberland.
The club’s Stewart Wight told us: “With cup games, school fixtures and exams on the horizon, we can’t really play any more than one game a weekend.
“We have been asked to fulfill the two matches we are still to play from the first half of the season (matches against Peebles and Melrose) to ensure we have played everyone once, and we are going to try our best to do that.”
