Dere Street, including Selkirk’s Wullie Mabon, entertain at Yarrowford Village Hall on April 30 (8pm).

A trio of multi instrumentalists, the band play a mix of original and traditional music from Scotland and north-east England.

Gary Smith played with club bands in his native north-east before moving to Selkirk during the late 1980s.

Keith Leisk, raised in Perthshire, has played pipes since childhood. He is a former pibroch champion and veteran of several grade one pipe bands. He also performed with local Celtic band Chrysalis with whom Gary also occasionally guested.

Mabon is a Souter and played keyboards with several local rock bands.
