UPDATE: Gala Water Retail park death '˜not believed to be suspicious'
The death of a 31-year-old man, found in a Galashiels retail park yesterday morning is not believed to be suspicious.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police were called to Gala Water Retail Park in Galashiels at 4.40am on Monday, February 15, following a report of concern for a man.
“The 31-year-old was taken to Borders General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
“The death is not believed to be suspicious and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
Police have not yet released the name of the man.
