Parking dispute leads to £175 court bill for Galashiels 27-year-old
A man has been fined £125 over a dispute about parking in Galashiels
Stuart Moffett, 27, was also ordered to pay £50 compensation to a woman he shouted and swore at in his home street in the town, Glendinning Terrace, on June 2.
He pleaded guilty at Selkirk Sheriff Court to a charge of threatening or abusive behaviour.
