Lidl recalls some packs of cheesecakes

​​​The discount retailer is recalling packs of Milbona Strawberry Cheesecakes ​as they may contain Milbona Strawberry Trifles, which contain egg not mentioned on the label.

This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to egg.

Lidl has stores in Kelso and Hawick.

Product: Milbona Strawberry Cheesecakes, 3 x 100g pack.

With ‘Use by’ date: 12 June 2015.

Lidl advice to consumers: If you have bought the above product and have an allergy or intolerance to egg, do not eat it. Instead, return it to your nearest Lidl store for a full refund.
