Hawick man hit woman with dog lead
A 25-year-old man has admitted hitting his former partner on the buttocks with a dog lead.
Dylan Scott also punched the woman on her arm to her injury.
The bust-up happened at his home in Burnfoot Road, Hawick, on December 7.
Sentence was deferred at Jedburgh Sheriff Court until April 30 for the production of background reports.
