Exhibiting a desire to tackle flooding

Four exhibitions will be held across the Borders on plans which aim to protect communities at greatest risk of flooding.

The events will provide advice to the public on the flood risk management draft strategies developed by the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) and draft plans developed by local authorities.

A public consultation is currently ongoing until June 2 and individuals, businesses at risk of flooding and community groups are encouraged to take part, with Scottish Borders Council welcoming residents to the exhibitions.
