Debussy and Chopin at Clef

THE Clef Club resumes on Saturday in the Lucy Sanderson Hall, Galashiels, at 7.30pm.

Some of the items from November’s cancelled meeting may be presented, and there will be two new piano solo slots including pieces by Debussy and Chopin’s Nocturne in E flat.

Two singers will offer Papageno’s song from Mozart’s Magic Flute, and the food programme songs by Bernini. Plus there will be an innovation by way of Scottish dance music with dancers. All, of course, depending on the weather.

The club welcomes anyone interested in performing in a friendly atmosphere of like-minded people.
