Selkirk 21-year-old given unpaid work order for shouting threats at police
A woman has been ordered to carry out 180 hours’ unpaid work for behaving in a threatening or abusive manner.
Alisha Brown, 21, of Bannerfield Drive in Selkirk, pleaded guilty at the town’s sheriff court to shouting and swearing and threatening police officers.
That offence was committed in Buccleuch Road in Selkirk and the town’s Scott’s Place police station on November 16.
Sheriff David Clapham told her that her behaviour had been deplorable.
