Jedburgh Sheriff Court.

Jori Silver, 26, pleaded guilty to assaulting one partner in September 2013 and another on June 16, 2019.

Silver, of Hillend Drive in Hawick, also pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner on August 10 last year.

Sheriff Peter Paterson said he would defer sentence to see if Silver can comply with a community payback order handed out for another offence, warning him that if he can’t, he will be sent to prison.
