Galashiels man cleared of sexual assault on teenage boy
A Galashiels man accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old male at a local superstore has walked free at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Forty-nine-year-old Richard Fleming-Scott of Croft Street , had denied the offence said to have happened at Tesco on September 15, 2018.
It was alleged he had seized the teenager by the chest, rubbed his head, stated that he was a girl and made sexual comments to him.
But following a trial he was found not guilty of the charge.
