Defence lawyer Robert More blamed overindulgence in alcohol for the first offender committing those offences.

Sheriff Peter Paterson told Heatlie that if he behaves himself for the next six months, a fine will be the only punishment he faces, but if not, other sentencing options will be considered.

The case will recall on August 10.
