
Appearing from custody at Selkirk Sheriff Court, Shane Lawrence, 31, pleaded guilty to shouting and swearing, refusing to leave the Borders Pharmacy in Marmion Road in Galashiels on Saturday when requested to do so and acting aggressively.
Two days later, at a convenience store in Galashiels, he shouted and swore, uttering threats of violence and acting aggressively.
Also on Monday, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner at Galashiels and Hawick police stations.
The court was told that an alcohol problem had contributed to his offending.
