Burts Hotel in Melrose has been voted Scotland’s Dining Pub of the Year by The Good Pub Guide.
The bible for pub-goers has an annually updated shortlist of main entries which have all been fully inspected and carefully selected to warrant their place. And it is from this rigorous process that Burts garnered its latest accolade.
Nick Henderson added, “We are delighted to have won this prestigious award and it highlights our continued use of fine local produce and ever changing menus in both our bar and restaurant.
“We have an excellent team and we are really pleased to receive recognition for all the hard work. We thank all of those who voted for us and we promise to continue to deliver great food, wine, ales and whiskies.”
