A7 to be shut near Teviothead for three nights next week
Resurfacing work will be carried out on the Edinburgh-Carlisle road between Toll Bar Cottage and Colterscleuch Cottage, both north east of Teviothead, from next Wednesday, April 18, to Friday, April 20.
The road will be shut between 8pm and 6am each night to allow the £115,000 project to go ahead.

A signed diversion route will be in operation.
Northbound traffic will be diverted via the B6357 from Canonbie to Bonchester Bridge, then join the A6088 heading towards Hawick.
On the approach to Hawick, traffic will turn left onto the A698 and rejoin the A7 north of the town centre.
Southbound traffic will follow the same diversion route but in the opposite direction.
