23-year-old woman on trial
Shaun Young, 23, of Ormiston Terrace, Melrose, will stand trial at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on June 15 on a charge of driving a car while unfit through drink or drugs.
That offence is alleged to have been committed in Maxwellhaugh, Kelso, on February 17. She also denies failing to stop and give her name and address.
An intermediate hearing will be held on May 15.
