We’re not in Kansas, Toto

If you’re stuck for something to do this December, you could do a lot worse than follow the Yellow Brick Road to Walkerburn.

Oyster Theatre’s talented cast of youngsters – as well as former Southern Reporter film critic Angus Wolfe-Murray as the eponymous wizard – will be Somewhere Over the Rainbow, chasing lions, tigers and bears, under the impeccable direction of Sue Tickner.

It follows their splendid production of Snow White last year.

The fun kicks off at 7.30pm on Friday, December 12, there are matinee (2.30pm) and evening performances (7.30pm) on the Saturday and it all comes to an end with the matinee on Sunday (2.30pm).

Tickets, priced £7 (£5 conc.), available from Walkerburn Post Office, The Oven Door in Peebles and TAVO, Innerleithen.
