Golden group at Tower Mill

the Golden Piano Trio is the first concert of the new season presented by Hawick Music Live.

The talented group takes the stage at Tower Mill in the Heart of Hawick on Sunday, September 30, at 2.30pm.

The trio comprises Valtie Nunn on violin, Dan James on cello and Manuel Lopez Jorge on piano.

Nunn, a former student at Trinity Music College London, has played with Trinity Belles when they played in Beanscene on their annual visits.

All the members of the trio have won numerous prestigious prizes in their short careers. This is a new, exciting, up-and-coming ensemble that will play trios by the British composer, Frank Bridge, the evocative South American composer Astor Piazzola and Johannes Brahms.

Tickets, adults ÂŁ10 and students ÂŁ2, are available at Visit Scotland, Box Office, Tower Mill, tel 01450 360688 and, if available, on the afternoon of the concert.
