best MOMENT IN SPORT SO FAR: Being selected for Scotland Under-18s when I was 15
AIMS FOR NEXT 12 MONTHS: To test my playing ability in some senior rugby and hopefully get some interest from a professional club. (Probably pushing it a little!)
HOW DOES ASP HELP YOU MOST: Really good physio – needed it a few times this season.
WHO IN SPORT MOST INSPIRES YOU: George North. Doesn’t play the same position, but proves you can be young and successful.
FAVOURITE TV SPORTING MOMENT OF ALL TIME: There are so many! I love watching sport.
BEST THING ABOUT YOUR SPORT: The physicality. I love to get in an amongst it!
... but DISLIKE: The iconic pie and beans after the game.
IF NOT YOUR SPORT WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO COMPETE IN: Boxing. It’s also a thinking man’s game and it has similar demands.
USUAL PRE-GAME MEAL: Weetabix, toast, poached eggs, sports energy drink.
FOOD DISLIKES: I will eat anything. I love food!

... BUT TURN OFF LEAVE THE ROOM TO: I’m not too fussy. I’d like to think I can adapt.
COMPETITION SUPERSTITIONS OR ODD ROUTINE: Don’t have any. I just get on with it.
WHEN NOT COMPETING OR TRAINING I LIKE TO: Eat food and watch a good movie. Chill out.
