Colts continue run of cracking form

TYNEDALE COLTS continued their domination of the semi-junior sevens circuit at the weekend by taking the Hawick Wanderers/PSA title.

Once again the Northumberland outfit cruised through the rounds before disposing of Gala Wanderers 36-5 in the final.

The inaugural Richard Wilkinson Memorial Trophy for best player in the tournament was presented to Tynedale’s Joe Northwood by the family of Richard, who was tragically killed in a car accident on his return journey from Kelso Harlequins 7s in 2009.
