Morton no match for Kelso

Kelso beat Morton by eight wickets

EAST DIVISION FOUR

KELSO CC held their sponsor’s day on Saturday at Sheddon Park with a comprehensive win over Morton.

Only M. Amis managed to play the Kelso bowlers, reaching 32 before being run out.

The home bowlers then kept on top with all six getting in on the wickets, Morton hitting 100.

Kelso’s reply was steady and they never really looked in trouble as they reached their target with the loss of only two wickets as Doug Wilson, Mark Henderson and Steven Patterson all reached into the 20s.
