The only Borders side to taste defeat last weekend was St Boswells, who lost against Grange 2nds in Division One by four wickets, despite half-centuries from Scott Ruthven and Stephen Broom.

This result leaves the Villagers two spots above the drop zone with two games remaining.

Kelso defeated promotion-chasing Livingston in Division Three, Steve Patterson scoring 54 as Kelso posted 144 for nine. The visitors fell 25 runs short of their target, with Murray Scott and Stuart Cessford taking four wickets each to leave the Tweedsiders fifth in the table.
