Nikis win steadies the Ship in league

SHIP A consolidated their top spot with a tight triumph over Nikis A in the Borders Pool League this week.

High Level A pushed them hard with a good win at the Fleece, while first victories for Dryburgh and Reivers A keep them in the hunt for honours.

In the second division unbeaten Red Lion Kelso and Nikis B both won convincingly, while champions elect Station started off with victory to chase them. The wooden spoon is currently between Abbotsford, Frankies and Bridge A, all still looking for first wins of the season.
