Best moment in sport so far: Winning the British Under-23 200m title after carrying an injury that season

Aims for the next 12 months: Continue development towards 400m, big aim is to make the European team in 200m or relay in 2012

How does the ASP help you most: Support for physio and massage – my physio was able to correct an underlying problem due to sessions we were able to have

Who in sport most inspires you: Allyson Felix. She is dominating in 400m, as she did in 200m, after making the step-up. Hopefully, I can do the same

FavORITE sporting moment of all time: Watching Kelly Holmes win her double gold medals at Athens in 2004

Best thing about your sport: The feeling when all the hard work pays off and you compete well

... but dislikes: Constant training in the winter is hard

If not in this sport, would like to compete in: Badminton, gymnastics

Usual pre-competition meal: Chicken and pasta with tomato sauce

Food dislikes: Mushrooms

Best motivational song or track: Any Queen song

... But turn off/leave the room to: Dance music, La Roux

Competition superstition or odd routine: Lay out competition kit the night before, eat similar foods before and during competitions, Jelly Babies

When not competing or training I like to: Read, go to the cinema, go out for meals, socialise
