Juniors are proving to be class acts

NOT to be outdone by their senior counterparts, Fjordhus Reivers Under-14 teams have been showing their class at East District level.

The Tweedbank-based club regularly have over 60 under-14s at training, so for this first year of competing in the East District leagues they entered three teams in the mixed U14s section and have certainly been making an impact.

Playing at Meggetland last weekend, the Reivers juniors could have produced a clean sweep had their A and B entries not been playing each other. Pippa Bell, head coach with the club’s U14 squads, and assistant coaches Laura Maclean, Lyndsey Miller, Sarah Mathers and Zoe Higgins are on the right track.
