It gets tough at the top

STALEMATE came in to play in the Store-age.org.uk Borders Snooker League last week with both Hawick Conservative Club A and Hawick Burns Club A pulling off convincing 5-1 wins against Innerleithen and St Boswells respectively.

The results mean that there is no change at the top of the table, with only four points separating the top two, as the teams head into a break from league business this week to pick up their Jean Yule Cup campaigns.
