Selkirk’s Under-20s side endured a scary trip to Banks O’Dee in the third round of the Scottish FA Youth Cup on Sunday.
En route to the game, the team coach hit some diesel on the road, slid off into a field, and was unable to continue the journey.
Luckily, no-one was hurt in the accident.
The match has been rescheduled for this weekend.
The club’s secretary Sheree Davidson said on Facebook: “Thankfully, all the lads are okay, but a little shaken.”
And the club’s Tracey Biggs said: “What an ordeal and it was good driving by the bus driver by all accounts.”
