TEN Lauderdale Limpers joined more than 8,000 runners on a day of spring sunshine in the hot and humid Scottish capital on Sunday.
Fresh from an excellent run in the London Marathon, Gillian Miller was first home for the club in 44.27, with Graeme Sutherland second in 45.10 and Sandy Cass third in 45.21, the times reflecting the heat, the testing hills and the cobbles.

Also finishing for the Limpers were: David Henry 46.13; Kate Henderson 50.57; Julia Scott 55.39; Tania Bridges 55.55; Andrew Lang and Raymond Hay 56.54; and Justine Gow, running her first 10km, finishing in 57.18.

The next events for the club are the Breakfast Run on May 18 from 100 Aker Wood in Melrose and the Two Pubs race on June 3.
