We’ve teamed up with the organisers of next weekend’s Traquair Fair to offer Southern Reporter readers the chance to win one of five family tickets to this fantastic event.

Taking place on Saturday and Sunday, August 6 and 7, the event is held in the beautiful grounds of Scotland’s oldest inhabited home, Traquair House near Innerleithen.

The event features a host of fabulous entertainment including a brilliant line-up of live traditional and world music, outdoor theatre, children’s entertainment, visual arts and a children’s book tent that will host some of Scotland’s leading authors.

There’s an exciting new up-and-coming stage, showcasing the musical talents of a number of new acts including seven from the Scottish Borders, and the fair also includes a vibrant crafts market and a host of delicious food and drink.

A family ticket includes two adults and three children. Under-fives go free. Traquair Fair is supported by EventScotland.
