A ROXBURGHSHIRE folk duo are hosting two workshops next week.

Carly Blain and Graeme Armstrong hold the traditional music sessions on Thursday and Friday, August 2 and 3 in Kelso North Church Hall.

Well known across the Borders, Kelso’s Carly plays fiddle with the Monster Ceilidh Band.Also a piano tutor and composer, she is a graduate of Newcastle University’s folk and traditional music degree course.

Jedburgh-born
guitarist Graeme developed his love of folk music in Glasgow and is studying for the Newcastle degree. 


The workshops run from 10am to 2.30pm on both days and more information is available by phoning Carly on 07773614458.
