SELKIRK’S Wasps Studios hosts its spring exhibition, with 12 artists’ work on show from Friday to Sunday in the former textile mill.
They include sculptural work by Joy Parker and Jim Douglas while Kenneth M. Allan exhibits detailed Scottish landscapes with a Victorian feel.
Fiona Millar’s work is inspired by 18th, 19th and 20th century artworks which passed through the hands of her art dealer father, and Grace Smith produces a range of screen printed interior textiles influenced by her travels.
Also exhibiting are father and son Rob and Alex Hain and felt artist Moy Mackay, as well as Mary Morrison, Colin Philip, Alan Richmond and John Berry.
Mary, who is based at Wasps Studios, said: “The artists work in a variety of media including painting, sculpture and printed textiles.”
The exhibition is free and runs from 6.30pm to 8.30pm tomorrow, and 10am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
