SKA band Shake The Shack is performing their first public gig for a decade this Saturday.
The show will take place in Traquair Village Hall with the complete original line-up of Al James, Sharon Bolam, Steve Taylor, Stewart Harper, Donald Grigor and special guest Keith Crook on fiddle.
Grigor said: “After celebrating Al James’ half-century by reforming for a one-off special party night last year, we all had so much fun that we felt compelled to share it.”
The group will draw on their extensive back catalogue of tunes, and will line up alongside folk three-piece Antic Hay and good-time band Urang MaTang.
The gig begins at 7pm and tickets are priced at £7 on the door on the night. It is a bring your own drink evening.
