THESOUTHERN has two copies of the official soundtrack for the black comedy film Project X – which features J-Kwon, Far East Movement, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Dr Dre – to give away.
The film, presented as a home video, tells the story of three American high school students who plan a party that gets out of control.
Project X was produced by Todd Phillips, who directed hit movie The Hangover and its sequel.
The cast was made up of completely unknown actors, in an attempt to authenticate the sense that the film was in fact real.
And the movie received three nominations at the MTV Movie awards, including a best music shortlist spot for Kid Cudi’s Pursuit of Happiness, which features exclusively on the CD.
To win a copy, answer this question:
Which films did Project X’s Todd Phillips previously direct?
Send your answer, name, age and full postal address by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or post to Project X Competition, The Southern Reporter, The Hermitage, High Street, Selkirk TD7 4DA, by Thursday, July 5. Usual Southern rules apply.
