Passionate colour photographs of live rock music performances are part of a new exhibition in Hawick Museum entitled Four4.
The photos show musicians and singers, famous and less known, strutting their stuff. Visitors will recognise rock icons such as Gary Numan, Jah Wobble, The Zutons and KT Tunstall and many others.
A Scottish Borders Council spokesperson said: “Photographers Pat and June Rafferty offer engaging and powerful images of iconic performers and music events from the recent past, taken at various venues and events such as the Wickerman Festival.
“The iconography of rock music is now part of our culture and this exhibition captures the art and the excitement of that scene.”
The exhibition runs until Sunday, June 26 in the Waterfall Gallery and is free. Hawick Museum is open Monday to Friday 10am-noon and 1-5pm; and Saturday and Sunday 2- 5pm.
