Phone message of gratitude

My wife and I attended a wedding on Good Friday and stayed at the Dryburgh Abbey Hotel.

My wife lost her phone. When I rang it, it was answered by a Mr Watson, who had found it. He kindly said he would take it to Melrose police station for us to collect. It transpired that the station was closed.

Mr Watson brought the phone to the hotel reception.

We think he was from or staying at somewhere close to Whitelee Farm, Newtown St Boswells, but have no idea whether he was visiting, or is resident.

Thank you Mr Watson, you are a good Samaritan and a true gentleman.
