POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man exposed himself while walking in the Gala Park area of Galashiels on Tuesday afternoon, at about 3.20pm.

He is described as a white male, 5ft 10ins, early 30’s, slim build, short dark hair, glasses, cream trousers, dark t-shirt and dark jacket. He may have had access to a maroon Vauxhall Vectra car.

Police are appealing to a teenage female, who was in the area at the time, to come forward.
