Eggs take centre stage at Tweedbank Easter evening

Tweedbank Parent Council held an Easter egg bingo evening for families ' and all prizes were, of course, Easter eggs, so the children loved it.'There was a tuck shop and hot dogs on sale. A group of P6 girls took the opportunity to sell greetings cards as part of their enterprise project.'Children also had fun creating their entries for the best-decorated egg competition. There were some topical entries ' the Tweedbank Lad and Lass,  The Minions and, more traditionally, Humpty Dumpty. The winners are pictured, from left ' Annabelle Lugton, Douglas Anderson, Adam Moffat, Millie Simons, Erin Stoddart and, at the front, Harry Moffat.
