A CEILIDH will be held in Smailholm Village Hall in support of the appeal for £1million to build theMargaret Kerr eight-bed hospice at Borders General Hospital in her name.
The Borders Fiddle Group will provide the music on Saturday – they are not taking a fee – and tickets are £10 (£6 under 16s). That includes a stovie supper – bring your own drink. The event starts at 7.30pm. Tickets are available from Kinsman Blake Ceramics on 01573 460666.
