Kelso farmers come out on top at county show

The overall cattle and sheep champions at this year’s Berwickshire County Show, held at Duns castle on Saturday were both from Kelso.

The cattle champion, a Limousin bull called Dinsmore Jollygood, exhibited by Keith Redpath, of Mid Softlaw Farm, is pictured above.

The champion sheep, pictured right, was a Texel ewe owned by Jack Arnott, of Haymount Farm.
