HEALTH chiefs have promised to keep disruption to a minimum during alterations being carried out to the Hay Lodge Hospital in Peebles.
Chief executive of NHS Borders Calum Campbell said the expansion represents a significant investment in local health and social care services.
He added: “Modernising Hay Lodge will allow us to create innovative and sustainable services. It will provide the kind of health and social care that will help us to support people to remain independent for as long as possible. Every effort will be made to minimise the level of disruption.”
