It was their first public outing in uniform.

This year sees the 75th anniversary of the Air Cadets in the Borders, with most squadrons being established during early 1941.

A number of events are being planned across Scotland and Borders Air Cadets would like to hear from any former members, particularly from the 1940s and 1950s, who might be interested in participating in these.
