If the present situation is allowed to continue with the leaders and prospective leaders of the SNP keeping alive friction between Holyrood and Westminster, we could see the 55 per cent who voted No in the independence referendum having their democratic decision overturned.
A meeting should be arranged without delay between representatives of the four countries to plan the future of the UK.
It is now generally accepted that there must be change – but it should not be a matter for just Scotland and England to decide. All four must be involved and then, hopefully, we can settle down amicably and together plan future prosperity for us all.
