Sent ex-partner message when banned from making contact

A 38-year-old man who sent his former partner a Whatsapp message when he was banned from contacting her has been fined £200 at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.

Michael Flanagan of Weeton Avenue, Blackpool, pleaded guilty to the offence which happened at a house in Hillview, Coldstream, onOctober 16.A £20 Victim Surcharge was also added.
