29-year-old admits creating disturbance at ex's home in Kelso

Background reports have been ordered on a 29-year-old man responsible for a disturbance at a former partner’s house in Inchmyre in Kelso last Thursday evening.

Darren Devlin, giving an address in Heughhead Road in Morebattle, has been banned from entering Kelso until the case has been resolved.

He pleaded guilty, but sentence has been deferred at Jedburgh Sheriff Court until March 16 for the production of a criminal justice social work report and a restriction-of-liberty order assessment.

He has also been placed on a night-time curfew between the hours of 7pm and 7am.
