All the fun of the Fair Trade

Lilliesleaf Primary School invited Selkirk Fairtrade Steering Groups Mary Taylor (who came dressed as a banana) to share an assembly all about Fair Trade Fortnight. Selkirk Co-Op also donated a range of fruits for the children at school and the pupils got to work slicing, chopping, peeling and spearing, and created Fair Trade Fruit Pots and Fair Trade Fruit Kebabs for the whole school to enjoy as their playtime snack.
