Kelso youth charged

A TEENAGER from Kelso has been charged with vandalism following an incident in Hurkur Crescent, Eyemouth, on Friday night.
The 18-year-old is being named in a report to the procurator fiscal. As a result of the same incident, two Eyemouth youths, aged 16 and 18, have been charged with possession of offensive weapons and vandalism.
