Saturday July 14
Tennis challenge at Orchard Park from 1pm
Senior five-a-side football at Woodside Park at 1pm
Sunday

Family cay at Shedden Park from 1pm to 4pm.
Sponsored bike race leaves from entrance to Woodside Park. Start 9.30am.
Aptek Kelso Crawlers 10K run leaving from Cobby. Registration 9.30am at Kelso Rugby Club.
Race starts 11am from the Cobby.

Junior five-a-side football at Shedden Park at 1pm. Entries from noon, £1 per team.
Open quoiting competition at Shedden Park at 1.30pm
Laying of wreath at War Memorial at 6pm followed by kirking of the Laddie in Kelso North Church at 6.30pm.
Monday
Children’s pet show opened at 1.15pm by the Kelso Laddie in the Tait Hall.
Art exhibition opens at 3pm in Town Hall.
Ride to Roxburgh, Heiton and Springwood leaves Woodside Park at 4.15pm
Gymkhana at Springwood at 7.30pm approximately.
Dance at Heiton from 10pm till 1.30am. Live music, disco and karaoke by Gary Cleghorn. Admission £5.
Tuesday
Art exhibition in Town Hall 10am till 5pm and 7pm till 9pm
Ride to Stichill, Hume and Ednam leaving from Springwood Park at 4pm, Return to The Square at 9.30pm approximately.
Final of men’s and women’s darts competitions in the Royal British Legion Scotland clubrooms at 7.30pm. Karaoke in downstairs bar from 8.30pm till 1am.
Wednesday
Children’s sports in Poynder Park at 1.30pm
Baby show at Rugby Club at 2pm prompt.
Kelso Pipe Band plays in the Square, 6.30-7.30pm
Installation of the Kelso Laddie and Colour Bussing in the Square at 7pm
Torchlight procession leaves the Knowes at 11pm
Fireworks display at the Cobby starting at 11.15pm.
Art exhibition in Town Hall 10am till 5pm and 7pm till 9pm
Thursday July 19
Children’s fancy dress in the Tait Hall 1.30pm – 4pm
Ride to Floors Castle leaves Woodside Park at 4.30pm and cycle fun-run through Floors Castle grounds leaving the Knowes at 4.30pm.
Civic Week Ball in Springwood Park function suite from 8.30pm to 4.30am. (Grand March at midnight)
Open pool competition in Red Lion at 8pm.
Art exhibition in Town Hall 10am till 5pm and 7pm till 9pm
Friday July 20
Fun olympics swimming gala in the pool at 1.30pm
Whipman’s Ride leaving the Square at 5.40pm. Return 8.45pm approximately.
Horse racing at Friarshaugh at 7pm
Art exhibition in Town Hall 10am till 5pm and 7pm till 9pm
Saturday July 21
The Kelso Laddie and his supporters leave the Square at 8.30am for the ride to Yetholm, returning to the Square at 4.45pm
Fancy dress procession leaves Tait Hall at 7pm.
Presentation of cups and return of Kelso Standard at conclusion of the procession in the Square
Art exhibition in Town Hall 10am till 4pm.
Greeting party in the Tait Hall from 8.30pm till 1am.
Over 18s’ disco – tickets £7.50 (including supper) from Brown’s and Hector Innes.
