Gala roads discussion

GALASHIELS’ new transport interchange plans will be discussed at the town’s next community council meeting on Wednesday.

Scottish Borders Council’s Ewan Doyle will be in attendance at the Burgh Chambers, with members of the public welcome from 7pm.

And Monday, September 10, will see the community council meet with Persimmon representatives to discuss its 500-home housing development to be built at Easter Langlee.

The meeting starts at 7.30pm, also in the Burgh Chambers.
